Refund policy
All sales are final. Items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item had arrived damaged by the mail. In such a case, it would have to be reported with supporting documentation to: susan@dentalmedco.org WITHIN 24 HOURS.
A return slip would be emailed back to the customer and the customer would be sent instructions about how to return the item. The item must be picked up by the mail courier from the customer within 7 days.
Once the item is returned, without anything missing, every effort will be made to mail a new MATCHING ITEM back to the customer. If the same item is not available, then a similar item will be mailed; if this is not satisfactory to the customer, then only a STORE CREDIT will be issued for purchase of other items.
