Shipping policy

Only licensed health care professionals are allowed to be our customers.  This site is not to be used for members of the general public.  Dental products are only to be bought by licensed dentists.  Products will only be shipped to a valid and active clinic/business address.  Shipping to a residential address  is NOT PERMITTED.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX.  ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY THE RECEIVER.

Dental Medco only ships within the borders of Canada only.

There are shipping charges on all items which can be seen while checking out from the cart. 

There is no pick-up available; only mail delivery is available at this time.

There are no returns or exchanges on all sales.  The only time that store credit is issued is if an item arrives damaged by the mail which must be reported within 24 hours. Please review our returns policy. 

Please ensure that your location is serviceable by courier in order to utilize our website.  Dental Medco does not have the capabilities to deliver to remote locations which are not serviceable or barely serviceable. 

If a package can not be delivered to a specific address because of office closure, or the customer did not check first as to whether their location can indeed be serviceable by courier, and the package is then returned back to Dental Medco, then Dental Medco would reserve the right to charge a fee for non deliverable shipments.

Out of bounds accounts in northern Canada and small islands in regions such as Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut , Newfoundland, Atlantic Canada, and remote northern communities are subject to out of bounds charges.   Quotes are needed prior to order confirmation and invoicing.
